Dedicated Music Educators
The Hillsborough County Elementary Music Educators Council, or HCEMEC, was formed by the Elementary Music Specialists of HCPS in order to provide greater opportunities for musical growth and development for all students in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Our Programs
The HCEMEC provides several programs to enrich the music education of elementary students in Hillsborough County throughout the year.
