The President serves as the Executive Officer of the Council, presiding over all meetings, appointing committees and chairpersons, and in charge of conducting the business of the Council.

The President-elect serves as an ex-officio member of all committees and is also tasked with planning the Elementary Music Banquet.

The Treasurer keeps a membership roll of the Council and collects all dues. The Treasurer also manages all financial responsibilities of the Council.

The Secretary keeps records of all meeting of the Council and handles all Council correspondence. The secretary also recognizes all awards, retirements, births & matters of sympathy of the Council membership.

The Past-President shall serve as Parliamentarian, whose duty shall be to rule on all points of order.
